Rotary governor to visit

Rotary Club La Valette Malta and Rotary Club Malta are hosting the Rotary District 2110 Governor, Nando Testoni Blasco, who will be accompanied by his wife Vivi on a visit to Malta at the weekend.

The visitors' group will also include past Governor Paolo de Gregorio and his wife Donna Anna accompanied by a number of Rotarians from Sicily.

The highlight will be a visit to Santa Margherita Lines, opposite Vittoriosa and Cospicua on Sunday. Rotary Club La Valette will be rehabilitating the old fortifications in the area and create a garden.

For this project, a fund-raising campaign is to be undertaken. The next fund-raising event is due on Tuesday in the form of a Christmas sale and a choir concert at the Salesian Theatre in Sliema.
