Dhalia Real Estate has launched a new magazine, Property Pages Exclusive Properties, aimed at up-market clients, after research indicated the need for a specialised service for this sector.
Dhalia said the publication "introduces a high quality communication tool dedicated solely to those looking for a distinctive high class address".
It has a completely different format and presentation to that of its new sister paper, Property Pages First Time Buyers, which caters for a totally different category of clients - first-time buyers with low budgets and less experience in purchasing property.
Property Pages Exclusive Properties will include valuable information and property updates with an artistic profile.
The first issue will also contain an overview of Dhalia's newly launched business unit, Luxury Living, which aims to provide an exclusive and personalised service to clients seeking the sort of up-market and luxury properties included in the publication.
