Libya's dues to Malta

What a strange and funny situation we are in vis-à-vis Libya! We are soliciting and begging the Libyan government to pay their dues to the various Maltese companies!

We have been doing this for quite a long time.

It is time now for Libya to pay its dues! Maltese companies must not do more work for Libya until all Libyan companies pay what they owe.
