Opposition Home Affairs spokesman Gavin Gulia asked in parliament yesterday what action had been taken against correctional officers at the prisons who had knowingly locked up a teacher in the same room as the inmates, causing her to suffer shock as a result.

Replying, Home Affairs Minister Tonio Borg said the prisons administration had not received any reports, formal or otherwise, on what was alleged by Dr Gulia.
