Air Malta said yesterday that in the eventuality of a national strike action affecting Italy's Rome airport, its scheduled flights to Rome today may operate 40 minutes before schedule.

Passengers are advised to contact flight enquiries at Malta International Airport on 5004 3333 for further information and to confirm flight departure times.

If the threatened strike action is withdrawn, the flights will operate according to normal schedule, Air Malta said.
