Customised training
Malta Tourism Authority tourist information officers were recently presented with certificates after they undertook customised training to be able to provide the best possible customer service from the MTA's tourist information centres.
The training was conducted by Informa Consultants.
A survey on the standard of services and information being provided by the MTA's tourist information centres will be carried out shortly, the MTA said.
