Reading the letter Poor Service by Kevin Borg (November 26) I fully confirm what Mr Borg said about receiving folded envelopes. My family and myself have also experienced this rather unpleasant matter and we have been receiving folded envelopes for quite some time now - obviously ruining the contents.

Albeit having written to the North Hub, and having politely asked our postman not to fold any envelope which could not be delivered through our letter box (which is a normal sized box), but to ring the door bell for one of my family members to take the mail, she was cheeky and rude enough to tell us to purchase a larger letter box! What if she were told to get another job!

If Maltapost have such uneducated employees, we are sure going to the dogs!

I sure hope something will be done by the management so as not to let employees like this postman disgrace Maltapost.
