AXA PPP wins award for best service

A.X.A. P.P.P. healthcare has won the Your Money Direct Award for the best private medical insurance provider for the fourth consecutive year.

Your Money magazine, which covers all areas of personal finance, is a renowned personal finances magazine in the UK, and the Your Money Direct Awards, now in their seventh year, are designed to recognise financial services companies that have excelled in their fields.

Your Money invites companies to submit details of their products in various categories, such as credit cards, insurance and personal loans. The submissions are then shortlisted on the basis of price. The shortlist is sent to a judging panel that evaluates the service companies provide over the phone and the Internet.

The judging panel, which comprises readers of the magazine, was impressed by AXA PPP's range of products and telephone-based service, which they stated was friendly, professional and of a consistently high standard.
