Luxury Living is Dhalia's newest property company, geared to provide an exclusive and personalised service to clients seeking upmarket and luxury properties. The new company will fall under Dhalia's big umbrella, offering a one-to-one service to clients wanting to purchase or sell luxurious properties in Malta and Gozo.
It will be co-ordinated by Michael Mifsud, one of Dhalia's most experienced managers, who until recently, headed the Dhalia office in Sliema.
Mr Mifsud, who has worked in the property market for 12 years, will be assisted by a selected team of specialists in upmarket property.
As an extension of Luxury Living, Dhalia has set up an interactive stand at the newly inaugurated Luxe Pavilion at Portomaso. The stand offers visitors the possibility to view available properties through continuous loops made available on screen.
Clients may also access the company's full property database through a stand-by computer or call Luxury Living offices at the Portomaso Tower through a direct telephone link.
Commenting about Luxury Living, Dhalia's chairman and CEO Franco Valletta said research had shown Dhalia that sophisticated and upmarket clients need specialised service and attention, therefore in setting up the new company "we have invested heavily to ensure that we offer the best on the market".
"Today Dhalia is moving away from the concept of being everything for everyone. In fact, we are adopting a direct marketing approach by creating new units for different market segments. For Luxury Living we have also gone so far as to choose a prestigious office location, as well as giving the company an independent business set-up while still making use of Dhalia's sophisticated back-office support," Mr Valletta said.
Luxury Living is based on the eighth floor of the business tower at Portomaso, St Julian's.
