The makers of a wine dedicated to the grand masters of Malta have decided to donate part of the proceeds from the sales of the product towards the charitable causes of the Maltese Association of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta.

The donation was made by Tony Cassar, chairman of Marsovin, to association president Jamie Cremona.

Every year Grand Maitre, Marsovin's most premium wine, is dedicated to a different grand master in chronological order, the first one having been in honour of Philippe Villiers de L'Isle Adam for the 1998 vintage.
