Tennis At TCK
The Pearl Simpatia Crai Team Tournament at the Tennis Club Kordin came to a close recently with Darren Buhagiar's Team C prevailing in the final against the side of Horace Portelli, Team B, 13-5. In the semi-finals, Buhagiar led his players to a hard-earned win over Joe Vella's Team F. Team B met no difficulty in eliminating Lyon Xuereb's side. The presentation ceremony was held at Ta' Cassia, Qawra. Picture shows captain Buhagiar (centre) receiving the winners' trophy.
