The Consumers' Association recently appointed Manwel Farrugia as its co-ordinator. His duties will include informing the public on new developments on consumer issues at EU and local level. He will also co-ordinate our activities, especially projects with other European consumers' associations.

Mr Farrugia has been an active member of the association since its inception and has wide experience in this field. He is well known for his newspaper column and radio and TV programmes on consumer education. This appointment will ensure the smooth running of the association to uphold consumers' rights in Malta.
