Training programme
Island Hotels Group has organised a management training programme to sensitise managers on problems employees may be facing while at work.
The training was coordinated by psychologist Patrick Psaila for all managers within the Island Hotels Group. The topics covered included sensitisation to psychosocial problems at work, approaching people with psychosocial problems.
A briefing on the nature of the existing professions and services that are available was also held.
