I refer to the contribution by Emmy Bezzina (October 26) regarding the provision of toilet paper in the toilet closets as well as cleaning attendants in the Courts of Justice.

The staff responsible for cleaning checks that all toilets are supplied with toilet paper every day. Unfortunately, the supply does not last very long. To avoid shortage of this commodity, toilet paper holders in the main building were changed to use bigger rolls but even this stock does not last that long.

This is not a question of any shortage of funds, because stock is never let to run out, but it is more a question of moral behaviour on the part of the public when behind close doors. Cleaning staff do take care of the toilets during the day but the privacy of the closets could not be infringed, neither in person nor by any electronic means.
