Albert Mizzi has filed a libel suit in the Magistrates' Court against Harry Vassallo, chairman of Alternattiva Demokratika, and Saviour Balzan, editor of Malta Today.

He requested the court to declare that an article entitled Our Cross-eyed Robin Hood, published on the October 10 issue of Malta Today and written by Vassallo, was libellous in his regard.

Dr Henri Mizzi signed the writ.
