Two men were yesterday charged with circulating 177 counterfeit Playstation X games and breaching copyright.

Nazzareno Buhagiar, 32, of Birkirkara and Gilmore Cachia, 18, of Pembroke were also charged with relapsing.

They pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Police Inspector Helga Debono prosecuted.

Dr Roberto Montalto and Dr José Herrera appeared for the two men.
