The pond is now void of water and very soon it will turn into a magnificent dust bin in the very heart of that garden, whose restoration cost the government a quarter of a million liri! Should such a long time elapse for repairs to be done?

Street furniture and other objects of embellishment are to be maintained regularly. If not it is better not to have them at all.
