A program on Supervisory Management is being held at the Misco Training Centre, Valletta, tomorrow, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 2.30 to 5.30 p.m.
Misco Training Europe developed supervisory management while keeping supervisor, foremen, first-line managers and leading hands within the manufacturing and service environments in mind.
By combining case studies, video sessions, group discussions and various exercises, delegates will be introduced to general supervisory skills which will have a particular emphasis on the leadership aspect of a supervisor's job.
Dealing with Customers by Telephone is an active and participative programme that discusses positive telephone techniques.
Delegates are also given the opportunity to actually put what they learn into practaice through the use of a mini-telephone lab. The importance of really listening to the customer, what questions should be asked, how to build a rapport with the caller and handling different and difficult callers are all very much part of the programme.
The programme is being held tomorrow, Tuesday and Wednesday, between 9 a.m. and noon, at the Misco Training Centre, Valletta.
