According to the Saint of the Day (September 20), The Times stated it was St Eustace (San Eustachio).

According to the latest edition of the Calendar of the Saints, Saint Eustace does not exist, his name having been scratched out in the 1960s in the wake of Vatican Council II.

May I suggest you update your reference and while you are at it to publish the names of patron saints for choice as they occur - such as that of St Hubert, the patron saint of hunters.
