Artist's dream exhibition

Artist Vince Caruana will be mounting an exhibition of his paintings, entitled Melita's Mystique... One Artist's Dream, at the Ministry for Gozo, in Victoria, between October3-22.

Mr Caruana was born on May 24, 1979 in Ghajnsielem. He studied at Salvatore Dimech School of Arts in Mosta, specialising in art and design under the tutelage of Anton Calleja and Luciano Micallef. He continued to expand his knowledge in the Gozo School of Art under his uncle, the artist Anton Caruana. He later undertook an extensive course in master art through correspondence from Scranton College of Arts, Pennsylvania, USA.

He is currently teaching art at the Gozo Centre for Art and Crafts, specialising in painting and pottery.

This will be the artist's third solo exhibition although he has participated in various exhibitions locally and abroad and his works can be found both locally and abroad.
