Winter is almost round the corner and the weather will soon be changing. Take this as an opportunity to look into ways to use your free time!

The FHRD is promoting training courses via its online Calendar of Training Events. www.trainingmalta.org is advertising forthcoming courses, which you can browse through.

Each course title provides details and/or links to the training providers' Website, simplifying access to details of courses without the hassle of making telephone calls and waiting for more details to be sent.

The idea behind this service is to facilitate locating training programmes to further develop one's career. If you are a student and a bit uncertain about how to go about furthering your personal development, check out www.trainingmalta.org .

A good number of training providers have already taken advantage of this service since the launch of the FHRD training Website last March. The online Calendar of Training Events is published quarterly and has various categories, which are grouped separately.

Different categories are being added, depending on the requirements of the training providers. Training providers can also have a link to their Website or a 100-word brief with a description of the training courses they are facilitating.
