Used forged passport

A Nigerian man was yesterday given a six-month jail term suspended for 18 months after he admitted to making use of a forged passport.

Bello Sadiq Michael, 38, pleaded guilty to making use of the passport and giving false information to immigration officers on Tuesday.

Police Inspector Denise Mula prosecuted.

Dr Lesley Cuschieri represented Michael.
