I write on behalf of Harbour Management Limited and of Melita Marine Limited.
My clients, both represented by Pierre Balzan, maintain that the article appearing on the Business section of The Times (August 12), which purports to deal generically with the yachting industry, attacks their reputation as a result of various representations made which tend to give the impression that Grand Harbour Marina is the only marina available for the servicing of super yachts when, in reality, the Manoel Island Marina (which is operated by my client) has for various years been servicing super yachts (including refuelling), with berths of over 60 metres available for long periods.
Another representation the article makes is that Nautica agency is a "key" player in the industry when my clients handle a substantially higher workload concerning super yachts.
The consequence is that persons reading the article are given no information whatsoever as to the existence of Manoel Island Marina (and its operators) as an alternative to the Grand Harbour Marina.
