Over 1,400 prizes will be won through this year's Foster Clark's Sizzling Summer Lottery.
Besides four mini lotteries that will win participants 100 mobile fridges, 100 mobile coolers, 100 stereos, 100 MP3 players and 1,000 sports balls, Foster Clark's grand prize consists of a Caribbean Cruise with flights to Miami and accommodation for two persons. Ten consolation prizes of 10 return Catamaran tickets to Sicily will also be drawn during the final draw.
Foster Clark's Sizzling Summer Lottery forms part of the company's continuous efforts to promote its powder fruit drinks so popular throughout the summer months and the rest of the year. The company is this year also promoting the newly launched 45 g sachets. Due to their enhanced concentrated fruit powder, a 45 g sachet can still make one litre of fruit drink when compared to the original 125 g sachet. And a 45 g sachet costs even less.
"The feedback we have received following the first two draws was simply overwhelming," said David Melillo, marketing manager at Foster Clark's.
"The competition was so successful that we have even had repeat winners in both these first two draws. This is highly possible because every three 45 g or 125 g sachets of powder fruit drinks are equal to one participating ticket. This effectively means that the more sachets one sends, the more tickets he will be entitled to enter in these fabulous draws.
"Taking part is indeed very easy. Participants in fact, need only send their sachets together with their name and personal contact details to enter this draw. As a result, for the next upcoming two draws - tomorrow and on September 27 - we are expecting an even higher turnout of participants."
Foster Clark's efforts to promote its trademark powder fruit drinks are based on the fact that these products are renowned for their authenticity and identical to nature flavour base. "Our products truly give 'a taste of the real fruit' as our marketing slogan goes and this is attained thanks to the lack of artificial preservatives in its formulation. Foster Clark's today boasts a wide array of flavours that have given the company the cultural adaptability in all the respective markets it is operating," concluded Mr Melillo.
The lottery carrying DPL No 78/04, is regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority, and Foster Clark's Products is in no way involved in the actual extraction of the winning tickets. The draws are carried out by the respective officers from the said Authority.
