It is appalling that the peace and quite for which Tal-Virtù is known has been recently shattered by disco music at full blast coming from the Seminary campus, even past midnight. During the last days, for health reasons, I was staying at my son-in-law's house in Tal-Virtù, not far from the seminary.

I was completely baffled. Is this the way the Church treats its neighbours? Or does the Seminary need an Apostolic visitor?
