Drugs seized in road block
Armed Forces personnel seized a small amount of pills, thought to be Ecstasy, and items related to drugs during a road block in the central part of Malta on Friday.
The AFM said two men and two women aged 18 to 24 were seen throwing a small amount of pills out of their vehicle but body and vehicle searches yielded drugs and other items.
The suspects were handed over to the police drug squad personnel for further investigations.
