Grand finale for Stradivari Season concerts

The grand finale of the International Summer Festival, which incorporated 17 concerts presented by the Stradivari Season in collaboration with the Malta Council for Culture and the Arts, will be held today at 8 p.m. at the Bastion Gardens at the Bacchus in Mdina.

The evening will start off with an operatic grand concert featuring Bolshoi Theatre Soloist Marina Poplavskaya (soprano) with renowned pianist Eleonora Bekova who will interpret works by Mozart, Verdi, Bellini, Schubert, Rossini and Gershwin. This will be followed by a grand gala dinner.

Patrons may reserve tickets for either the concert or the concert and dinner (which is inclusive of wine).

A very limited number of tickets are still available. The price of a concert ticket is Lm10 while tickets for the concert and gala dinner (including wine) is Lm19.50. Transport is provided from any hotel to the concert venue and return at a charge of Lm1.50. Seat reservations are to be made at the time of booking the concert tickets.
