The photographs depict a daily occurrence in Sliema Road. These skips are supposed to be for residents only but are mostly filled up within minutes of being emptied - by commercial enterprises, some local - with rubbish delivered via vans and other vehicles. Not a warden in sight! Gzira in general is an environmental mess. While other councils have separation bins none is in sight in Gzira.
