Today I had to settle details with the Ministry of Social Security and therefore visited the customer care office in Valletta, where I was helped by a friendly lady within a few minutes. The department was well staffed and, I point this out especially, two gentlemen and a lady organised the waiting queue in a really professional way.

Afterwards I had to visit the Inland Revenue Department. Again, I was very positively surprised by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. I must mention especially Mrs Mihajlovic of the Expatriate Section. Thank you very much for your prompt help. (Andreas Reiff)
