I refer to the announcement of the recruitment of Mr Benjamin Psaila as manager letting and property management (The Sunday Times, August 1) and in particular to Mr Psaila's wealth of experience which includes "having also managed his own letting business".

May I, as current owner, manager and director of the letting business in question, take the liberty to correct this statement, since it may be subject to various misinterpretations, one of which may be that this business which he so-called "owned" and presumably "managed" has ceased to exist.

Mr Psaila, I clarify, did not manage and did not own his letting business but was simply a shareholder and a director together with the undersigned. Therefore for all those concerned it is business as usual at SQL!
