Letting specialist appointed at Dhalia

Due to the ever increasing demand and steady growth of the letting market, Dhalia Real Estate has recruited Benji Psaila as manager letting and property management.

Mr Psaila brings to Dhalia a wealth of experience, having worked in the letting sector for over six years and having also managed his own letting business.

Mr Psaila's appointment will help increase Dhalia's market share in the letting business, as well as develop new opportunities in this sector.

Based at Qui-Si-Sana in Sliema, Mr Psaila will be leading an initial team of five letting consultants whose aim is to offer a more personalised and focused approach.

Speaking about the letting sector Mr Psaila said: "The revival of the letting market was brought about as a result of the 1995 amendments to the law. Since then the market has continued to expand year after year.

"The growth is also the result of various social and economic factors including the increase in expatriate employees working on contract in Malta, new social trends which have seen youngsters moving out of their parents home, and increase in property prices. Our aim is to capitalise on these realities and transform them into business opportunities," he added.
