BUGEJA. BERNARD went to meet the Lord of Life on July 27, aged 70. He leaves to mourn his loss his adoring wife Mary Rose née Coleiro, his sisters Gina Attard, Marie Ann and Bill Axisa, Rose and Louis Sapienza, Lina Mamo, his brothers Andrew and Paul and his wife Maria, his in-laws Dr Joseph Coleiro of Dundee Scotland and Antoniette Coleiro, his nephews and nieces, relatives and friends. - R.I.P.
Mass praesente cadavere will be said tomorrow at 8.45 a.m. at St Gregory's parish church, Sliema, followed by interment in the family vault at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza, Siggiewi, the Salesians of Sliema and Ursuline Crèche in Sliema will be greatly appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors.

CINI. On July 29, at Sir Paul Boffa Hospital, Mary, née Quintano, aged 70, of Hamrun, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Thomas, her daughter Marthese, wife of Noel Camilleri, her beloved grandsons Isaac and Benjamin, her brother Charles and his wife Carmen, in-laws and their spouses, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. - R.I.P.
The funeral leaves Sir Paul Boffa Hospital today at 2 p.m. for St Cajetan parish church, Hamrun, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2.30 p.m., followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Night At Sea

The Friends of the Little Sisters of the Poor will be holding a night at sea on the Fernandez II on August 8 to raise money for the Little Sisters community.

The Fernandez II will leave The Strand, Sliema at 8 p.m. heading for Vittoriosa for the fireworks display on the eve of the feast of St Lawrence.

Tickets at Lm12.50 will include a cold buffet and local wine.

VRT Course

The first of a series of courses leading to a VRT Testers Licence, organised by the Employment and Training Corporation, starts on August 4.

The courses are for the vehicle tester only, who is the person who actually carries out the testing, and successful completion is a prerequisite of an application for a Vehicle Testers' Licence. Candidates will sit for a written one-hour examination.

Bike Missing

A Yamaha DT 125 motorcycle, with registration JUV 111, was reported stolen from Marsascala on Monday. Anyone with any information is asked to call the Zabbar police station.

Car Wash

TDM 2000 will be holding a car wash at the Luxol Car Park, St Andrew's in aid of the YMCA Valletta social work programme and the shelter for the homeless on Sunday.

The activity will start at 8.30 a.m. and ends 12 hours later.

TDM 2000 is a youth based organisation, whose main objectives are to organise activities for youths in Swieqi and surrounding areas as well as promoting and organising youth exchanges.
