To Falcar:

Allow me to express my gratitude towards one of your employees at Falcar in Fgura, namely Marco Borg. Last week I ordered a set of seat covers and a dashmat which were installed according to the scheduled appointment. When I drew Marco's attention about a little shortcoming about one of the covers, in no time at all he had it replaced.

Furthermore, I told Marco about a malfunction in my car's stereo, which I assumed was accidentally caused during my car's stay at Falcar.

Again, with full commitment and patience, enquiring there and then, after more than an hour, he succeeded to resolve the problem.

This is certainly a wonderful example as to how customers need to be treated. Definitely, I will recommend you to all. (Joe Pisani)

This is not the first positive message I have received about Falcar. Indeed they were named on a positive note on July 4. Well done, Falcar and, of course, Marco, who was also named on July 4. Keep it up!

Yet again I must ask you to catch them doing something good as our positive note file is, yet again, empty.
