Frank Salt is the new president of Rotary Club Malta for the year 2004/2005. The presidential year 2004/2005 is also the centenary year of Rotary International. To mark this special year, Rotary Club Malta is financing an extension project at Dar il-Kaptan, the home for people with special needs at Mtarfa, which will be costing about Lm40,000. Fundraising for the project has already started and will continue in the near future.
