RE/MAX Malta regional directors and J&K Properties operators Kevin and Jeff Buttigieg recently attended a leadership training course for Re/Max regional directors at the European headquarters of Re/Max in Vienna.
The course, "Leading in Challenging Times", was addressed by experts in the field, Re/Max founder Dave Lineger and Margaret Kelly, president, Re/Max International.
In their address Dave Lineger and Margaret Kelly referred to Re/Max's committed drive towards continuous growth in Europe. "About 20 years ago Re/Max in North America was experiencing a similar growth pattern to what Re/Max Europe is going through today, however the respective business trends are constantly showing how Re/Max Europe is growing at an even faster rate than Re/Maz did in the USA and this is just an outstanding feat."
"We are overwhelmed at the positive and encouraging response we are experiencing here in Europe and this acts as an ideal incentive for us to invest in this ever growing market" explained Mrs Kelly. She also confirmed that Re/Max Europe is looking to confirm a third year of sponsorship of the Jordan Formula 1 team and is also planning to sponsor other major events.
Commenting on their experience in Vienna, Kevin Buttigieg said: "These meetings give us a world of knowledge to take home with us and implement locally. Besides an opportunity to learn from other regional directors' experiences, this training event was also an opportunity for us to establish some interesting contacts with foreign buyers who are looking into buying their second home in Malta."
Re/Max is found in 51 countries and has 93,237 associates worldwide with the mass growth coming from the European regions. Re/Max Malta will soon open a second office in Tower Road, Sliema, and a third is planned for the end of the year.
