Third observer

The press release issued by the EPP-ED Press Service European Parliament, in Brussels, and reported in The Times yesterday failed to mention Parliamentary Secretary Tonio Fenech, who was one of the first Maltese EPP observers, together with Michael Frendo and Josef Bonnici, Marie Claire Bonnici, the service's press adviser, said.
