Alex Torpiano, Dion Buhagiar and Marc Bonello, on behalf of TBA Periti, have sued Labour MP José Herrera for libel over an article he wrote.

They claimed that the article, Deep Water Quay tender, published in The Times on June 15, was libellous and defamatory and held him liable for damages.

Dr Nikolai Muscat Farrugia and Dr Ivan Gatt signed the suit.
