A good number of jazz enthusiasts from Italy, Germany, The Netherlands, France, UK, Belgium and from as far as Nigeria, the US and Japan, have booked tickets through the website, which also attracted several jazz followers in Malta.
The Malta Jazz Festival, now in its 14th year and sponsored by Vodafone Malta Limited and Cisk Export Premium Lager, runs from July 16 to 18.
Organised by the Malta Council for Culture and the Arts, the open air festival takes place at Ta' Liesse, in Valletta, offering its patrons one of the most magnificent jazz settings in Europe. Performances start at 8 p.m.
The festival is also being promoted on various radio stations in The Netherlands and on online news including the eJazzNews website.
