Alcohol abuse

Seeing that there is a lot of alcohol abuse here, especially among young people, it is ironic that more new types of alcohol outlets are sprouting up in St Julians. It is directed at young people as if there is a lack of them in Paceville. I hope young people do not fall prey to them.
