On the occasion of the feast of Saints Peter and Paul, to be celebrated at the Mdina Cathedral on Monday, there will be a procession with the relics of the saints to the main altar at 6.45 p.m., after the 6 p.m. Mass. This will be followed by evening prayers and a eucharistic celebration.

The festive celebrations will continue on the feast day, Tuesday, with morning prayers at 7.30 a.m., followed by Mass at 8 a.m. At 8.30 a.m., a procession will start from the cathedral church to the parish church of St Paul in Rabat. At 9.45 a.m., following the procession's return to the cathedral, Archbishop Mgr Joseph Mercieca will lead a pontifical concelebration.

In the afternoon, the celebrations will begin at 4.30 with the singing of evening prayers, followed by the reposition of the relics of the saints and eucharistic celebration. Evening Mass will be at 6 p.m.
