Dhalia in specialised property exhibition

In a continuous effort to market Maltese properties overseas, Dhalia Real Estate Services recently participated in the Chichester Property Exhibition in the UK. The exhibition, held at the Marriott Hotel, Goodwood Park specialised solely in exclusive properties located in Europe, the Gulf and the United States.

Dhalia was represented by Michael Mifsud, manager of its Sliema branch. Speaking about this event, Mr Mifsud stated, "Dhalia is entrusted with a varied and prestigious portfolio of exclusive properties.

The response from this exhibition was overwhelming particularly from UK residents seeking select up market holiday homes or exclusive property for investment purposes."

Malta is considered as a very attractive destination primarily due to the islands' rich cultural heritage and a lifestyle which appeals to affluent property seekers. Together with Malta, another eight destinations were promoted at the exhibition including Paris, Costa del Sol, the Costa Blanca, Venice, and various skiing resorts, Naples, the Gulf and Miami.

Earlier this year Dhalia exhibited in another up market property exhibition in Dubai. Dhalia's participation in specialised exclusive property exhibition is an effective medium to promote outstanding properties as well as giving Malta a consistent presence in the overseas property market.
