Dhalia Real Estate Services recently took part in the Chichester Property Exhibition in the UK, as part of its effort to market Maltese properties overseas.

The exhibition, held at the Marriott Hotel, Goodwood Park, specialised in exclusive properties located in Europe, the Gulf and the US.

Dhalia was represented by Michael Mifsud, manager of Dhalia's Sliema branch.

The response from the exhibition was overwhelming, particularly from UK residents seeking select upmarket holiday homes or exclusive property for investment purposes, Mr Mifsud said.

Earlier this year, Dhalia was represented at another upmarket property exhibition, in Dubai.
