Propertyline's new offices in Gozo

As part of Propertyline's continuous efforts to offer clients a better service, the company recently opened a centrally located office in Gozo to complement the St Julian's and Qawra outlets. The new office is conveniently located in Republic Street, Victoria, next to the Maltacom offices.

Propertyline have received numerous requests from foreign clients following a successful marketing campaign overseas. The campaign included participation in international exhibitions and articles and adverts in leading property magazines.

"From our Gozo branch one will receive the same quality service which is synonymous with Propertyline," Propertyline managing director Trafford Busuttil said. "Moreover, in a drive to further enhance this service we recently held one of our regular training seminars at a leading hotel in Gozo. Our dedicated team of property consultants exchanged views on various topics and those present were updated with the recent amendments with regard to the conditions of purchase by non-residents following Malta's accession to the European Union," he said.

Mr Busuttil also said: "Since we are continuously looking to strengthen our established foreign markets and actively looking for new, we already have a number of international property exhibitions lined up for the forthcoming quarter and a newly revamped Website that is going to be launched in the next few weeks."
