Special air fares for voters

Travel arrangements are being made for eligible voters living abroad to vote in Malta at the forthcoming elections for the European Parliament on June 12. Air Malta said it will be making return tickets available at a charge of Lm15 per ticket, exclusive of taxes, to eligible voters.

Reservations may be made at Air Malta outstation offices and the Air Malta general sales agents abroad or locally at Air Malta sales offices in Valletta, at Malta International Airport and in Gozo; or via telephone number 2166 2211.

The travel arrangements will be for the period June 9 - 14, both days inclusive. Eligible voters include those married to foreigners, studying, working or undergoing medical treatment abroad and dependants of such persons.

The names of applicants must be included in the last Electoral Register.
