Only one member of the former Public Transport Authority board was reappointed and not three as inadvertently reported yesterday.

Former chairman Charles Demicoli, Arthur Gauci, former deputy chairman Victor Cristina and board secretary Richard Sladden were not reappointed by Roads Minister Jesmond Mugliett.

Philip Incorvaja was the only member of the previous board to be reappointed.

The other members of the new board are Mark Portelli, chairman, Ivan Fsadni, Paul Cardona and Angele Giuliano. Duncan Borg Myatt is the board's secretary.

A spokesman for the minister said members of the previous board had specifically asked not to be re-appointed.
