New investment bond issue

British American Insurance Co. (Malta) Ltd has announced the launch of a new issue of the highly popular Malta Investment Bond.

Policyholders who invest in the Malta Investment Bond by June 30 will secure a first year guaranteed policy bonus of 5.5 per cent on the net amount invested. In addition, policyholders are also guaranteed a minimum yearly bonus rate of 3.5 per cent per annum on the net amount invested that begins in the second year and runs through until the 10th year, if held until maturity.

The Malta Investment Bond is a single premium life assurance policy underwritten by British American Insurance Co. (Malta) Ltd. The minimum lump sum premium is Lm2,000 and during the policy period one may invest additional sums subject to a minimum top-up of Lm200.
