Neuro-Linguistic Program-ming (NLP) is a revolutionary psychological approach to human communication and development based on the discovery that by changing how you think, you can transform what you think. It helps modify thoughts, emotions and behavioural patterns to suit personal and business projected goals.
NLP reprogrammes the mind for faster learning, greater Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and greater success. Ms Redaelli has extensive experience in management, She has worked in Dubai for Mercuri International and the Middle East. She also has extensive experience in the hotel industry and holds a hotel and catering management diploma from the Geneva Hotel School. She has worked at Hotel InterContinental Al Ain and Manama, Bahrain, Hotel InterContinental Asmara, Africa, the Hotel d'Angleterre, the Westin Demeure Hotel and the Forum Park Hotel in Geneva.
In 2003 Ms Redaelli obtained her certification as an NLP practitioner from the American Board of NLP, enhancing her experience with powerful tools and techniques to influence people's behaviour effectively towards achieving results. She is also a certified practitioner recognised by the American board in Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis.
The training method she employs involves the use of a modern and innovative form of delivery incorporating NLP training methodology, business games, group interaction, filmed role-plays, fun learning, personalised training courses and customised exercises developed to reflect the client company's culture. Participants will be encouraged to apply their learned skills immediately.
