Lm5,000 HSBC sponsorship for youth and women's football

The Malta FA have renewed their agreement with HSBC for the sponsorship of the Youth Under 19 League and Knock-Out competition as well as the Women's League and Knock-Out competitions.

Marco Grech, HSBC's senior communications manager, recently presented the sponsorship cheque, worth Lm5,000, to MFA president Dr Joseph Mifsud at the association's offices in Valletta.

"HSBC has a long-standing commitment to football in Malta and the bank is delighted that this relationship is being renewed for another season with the sponsorship of the youth and women's competitions," Mr Grech commented.

"HSBC recognises that youth and women's football needs additional support to keep thriving and is delighted to fulfil its role in ensuring that football at this level continues to develop," Mr Grech added.
