Viset Malta plc, operators of the Valletta Waterfront, have set up a new internet site. During the short period since the website has gone live, it has attracted a total of 50,073 hits, the company said. There has been a good response from site registrations that indicates that there are both Maltese and foreigners interested in it. The feedback forms received have also been very encouraging and indicate a varied interest by visitors.
The website features information about the Valletta Waterfront; the facilities available for cruise liners and for visitors within the terminal and on the waterfront; the cruise liner and ferry schedules; information about Malta and Valletta; tourist information; and the latest news and activities happening at the Valletta Waterfront.
Viset Malta p.l.c. is a privately owned company which took over the responsibility of passenger handling services in Valletta from the government. It aims to transform the Valletta Waterfront in Grand Harbour into a leading cruise liner terminal including leisure facilities and commercial centres accessible to sea passengers, tourists and residents of Malta.
