Vodafone Malta customers can vote for their favourite song during both the qualifying and the final night of the Eurovision Song Contest, which will be held in Istanbul next week.
Vodafone customers can vote for their preferred song either via SMS or by calling from their Vodafone. Each participating country will be allocated specific numbers, which will be displayed on TVM while the contest is being broadcast.
On the qualifying night, May 12, and on the final night, May 15, Vodafone customers who wish to vote via SMS can do so during the 10-minute set time window announced during the television broadcast.
The maximum number of votes per mobile number is 20 and each SMS costs 21 cents. Vodafone customers who wish to call in their votes during the set time window can make calls from their Vodafone as well. In this case the maximum number of votes per mobile number is also 20, and calls will be charged at 30 cents each.
As per Eurovision Song Contest rules, local customers cannot vote for the Maltese entry.
Further information on Vodafone's Eurovision Song Contest voting facilities can be obtained by calling Customer Care on 247 from a Vodafone or 2148 2820 from any other number.
